Mrs Kalpana Prasad

Our teachers bring warmth, creativity, and experience into every classroom. Together, they make learning joyful, safe, and inspiring for every child.
Kalpana Prasad is a Montessori educator and inclusion specialist with over 12 years of experience in early childhood development. As the founder of Srushti Montessori, she has created an inclusive, child-centred learning environment that supports both neurotypical and neurodivergent children.
A certified Montessori educator and Portage Consultant, she specialises in early intervention and holistic child development. Her work extends beyond the classroom through initiatives like Sahayog and the co-creation of the mSpark Childhood Care and Development app, helping expand access to developmental support for children and families.
Driven by a passion for inclusion, Kalpana is committed to ensuring every child receives the right support, environment, and opportunity to thrive, while also empowering parents and educators. Her contributions have been recognised with awards including the Women Achiever’s Award (2021), Power Women Award (2023), and the Dr. Amarnath Rajanahally Award (2024).
