Choosing a school is a big decision, and we don't believe it should feel rushed or overwhelming. This page walks you through exactly what happens, step by step, whether you're considering Montessori 1, 2 & 3 or our Elementary program. If you'd rather just come see the classrooms first, that's always the easiest place to start.
How Admission Works for Early Learners and Mont 2 & 3
Inquiry. Reach out via our website form or WhatsApp — just your name, your child's age, and a good time to reach you.
School Tour. We'll walk you through the classroom in session, so you can see a real day, not a staged one.
Observation Session. A short, relaxed session where our educators spend time with your child in the classroom environment.
Offer. We'll confirm a seat based on age-group availability.
Enrollment. Complete the enrollment formalities, and we'll share everything you need before your child's first day.
How Admission Works for Elementary
Inquiry. Share your child's age and, if applicable, their current school and grade level.
School Tour. Visit our Elementary campus to see how the mixed-age, self-directed classroom works day-to-day.
Interaction Session. A conversation-style session with our Elementary educators to understand your child's academic pace and interests — not a test, just a conversation.
Offer. We'll confirm placement and share any transition guidance if your child is moving from a different school system.
Enrollment. Complete enrollment, and we'll help plan a smooth transition into the classroom.
What Happens During the Observation Session?
We know "observation session" can sound like an exam — it isn't one. This is simply time for our educators to see how your child moves through a classroom environment: what draws their attention, how they settle in, what pace feels natural to them. There's no pass or fail. For children who are sensory-sensitive or who take a little longer to warm up to new spaces, we build the session around their comfort, not a fixed script. It's just a starting point for us to understand your child, the same way a school tour is a starting point for you to understand us.
A note from our founder: with over 12 years in Montessori education and certification as a Portage Consultant, Kalpana Prasad personally oversees how each child's individual pace is understood from day one.
Fees & Documents
We share detailed fee information during your school tour, so we can walk you through it alongside the specific program and campus you're considering, rather than a generic number that may not apply to your child's age group. For enrolment, you'll need your child's reports and a passport-sized photograph — we'll share the complete checklist once you've decided to move forward.

Which Program Is Right for Your Child's Age?
Across Bangalore, most schools open enquiries for the following academic year in October, with applications and school visits peaking through December and January. We follow a similar timeline — reaching out early, even just to ask a question, gives you the most flexibility on seat availability and visit scheduling. Admission remains open on a rolling basis as long as seats are available.

Yes. Our educators build individualized learning plans around each child's actual pace, and we're happy to discuss your child's specific needs during your tour.
What if my child is switching from a different curriculum?
It's common, especially for Elementary admissions — we'll talk through the transition during the interaction session and find the best fit for you and your child's growth.
