From Early Learners to Elementary: Srushti's Montessori Programs

At Srushti Montessori, every child's learning journey unfolds in stages — from their very first steps into a classroom as a toddler, right through to elementary-level independence. Based in Bengaluru, our Montessori programs are thoughtfully designed to grow with your child, building strong foundations at every age.

Early Learners (2–3 years)

The Early Learners program is your child's gentle introduction to Montessori education. In a warm, safe classroom, toddlers explore colours, sounds, and textures through hands-on, sensory-rich activities — building the confidence and curiosity that form the foundation for everything that follows. With low child-to-teacher ratios, every toddler gets the individual attention they need to feel secure while they explore. Our goal at this stage isn't academics — it's joy, safety, and a genuine love of discovery.

A Program for Every Stage of Growth

Rather than a one-size-fits-all curriculum, each program at Srushti Montessori is built around how children actually develop — moving from sensory exploration, to guided independence, to abstract academic thinking. Our teachers are trained to meet your child exactly where they are, with small class sizes and individual attention at every stage. Here's what that journey looks like.

The Preschool Years (3–5 years)

As children grow more independent, our Mont 2 & 3 program introduces the core Montessori method: hands-on materials, self-paced learning, and a classroom designed for a child to explore freely within structure. Children begin building early literacy and numeracy skills alongside creativity and problem-solving — always through play, never through pressure. This is also where we begin closely observing each child's individual pace, so that when they're ready to move on, that transition feels natural rather than rushed.

Mont 4 & Elementary (5–12 years)

Our Elementary program carries the Montessori approach forward into the school years, helping children move from concrete, hands-on learning into more abstract thinking — while still learning at their own pace. Children build on the independence and confidence established in earlier stages, taking on more responsibility, collaborative projects, and real-world problem-solving. For parents who've watched their child grow through Srushti Montessori from toddlerhood, this stage is where that foundation truly pays off — a continuous Montessori journey, without having to change schools as your child gets older.
